I found a really useful website that offers case studies of local Victorian schools that are incorporating sustainability and environmental education within their designs and teaching approach.

One secondary school in Melbourne has incorporated a waste water recycling system with a water catchment area to allow small ecosystems to develop and maximise the use of the valuable water recourses. The students can also observe and maintain the wetlands.
